Pricing

All list prices are set by the OEM and subject to change without notice. There are no minimum order requirements or up charges for P1 orders. Please call for dealers net pricing.

Shipping

  • All parts are shipped UPS and Federal Express, in most cases the same day or otherwise as directed.

Parts Warranty

All our new replacement and reconditioned parts are warrantied to perform at OEM standards for a period of three (3) months from the date of invoice.

Parts Returns

    No part returns after forty-five (45) days.
    All shipping charges on returned parts will be the responsibility of the customer.

    All returned parts must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and shipped to:

Warranted Parts

  • All replaced warranted part(s) will have a return authorization form and number assigned, both the warranted part(s) and form will have to be returned to Imtech Imaging, Inc

Non-Returned Warranted Parts

  • Return authorization forms and faulty part(s) that have been warranted and not returned to Imtech Imaging, Inc., within thirty (30) days will be invoiced to the dealer.
