Parts Warranty

All our new replacement and reconditioned parts are warrantied to perform at OEM standards for a period of three (3) months from the date of invoice. .

Parts Returns

  • No part returns after forty-five (45) days. All shipping charges on returned parts will be the responsibility of the customer.

    All returned parts must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and shipped to:

Equipment Warranty

  • Our refurbished Dry Lasers, MIMS, and associated products are sold with a Six Month Limited Parts Warranty. Our refurbished Multiloaders and Film Processors include a One Year Limited Parts Warranty. (see the details on the Equipment page
